System

The independently developed software allows flexible and simple operation. The seamless underwear gluing machine enables easy importation of graphics and industrial control diagrams. The operating system is user-friendly, and the system supports multiple layers, with each layer allowing for the customization of adhesive strip sizes. It is capable of combining flat and circular strips, flat strips and scraping blades, as well as circular strips and scraping blades for one-piece underwear assembly. The line thickness can be adjusted from 1.5mm to 10mm, the width of the flat strip can be adjusted from 2mm to 8mm, and the width of the scraping blade can be adjusted from 6mm to 30mm. The thickness can be adjusted from 0.4mm to 40mm. When using the same type of line for the underwear, two pieces can be processed at once.

 

Dispensing Valve

The dispensing valve utilizes dynamic mixing for even dispensing, ensuring high precision and providing a clean dispensing finish.
